Estimated Length: 24 months Full-Time 10:00 am – 6:30 PM Mandatory Requirements Expert (84+ months) Desired Requirements 84 months experience working with business areas to define system requirements and develop system design, as well as software installation and configuration. 84 months experience managing and maintaining a Windows environment of over 400 servers with over 9,000 users. 84 months experience troubleshooting issues with business application software including performance tuning and log analysis. 84 months experience scripting repetitive management tasks such as Active Directory maintenance and modification. 60 months experience using a ticketing system to track and manage incidents, service requests, changes and problems 36 months experience with server and workstation maintenance using Powershell. Responsibilities Architecting technology solutions/systems that meet Agency business requirements as well as the client's Enterprise Service standards and strategies. Provide mentoring and leadership to other Revenue & Transportation Cluster, Enterprise Architecture team members; Troubleshoot OS configuration, Stealth COI’s, storage and networking Manage and maintain a Windows environment of over 400 servers with over 9,000 users; Troubleshoot issues with business application software including performance tuning, log analysis and security; Script repetitive management tasks such as Active Directory maintenance and modification, application data processing, and workstation and server maintenance using PowerShell; Work with business areas to define system requirements and develop system design, as well as software installation and configuration; Use a ticketing system to track and manage incidents, service requests, changes and problems
