Estimated Length: 9 months Full-Time Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, including a 1/2 hour unpaid lunch Mandatory Requirements Applicant must have 2 years of data entry experience with experience in Microsoft Access preferred. Responsibilities Primary task is to enter data into the Statewide Fisheries Database (Microsoft Access) via the data entry application under the direction of the Agency Program Aid. Data is entered with a minimum number of errors or omissions Data Verification Reports are printed once survey has been entered Provide other data entry needs for the Bureau of Fisheries as they become identified, including but not limited to: Entering fisheries reports. Entering baitfish licenses. Entering free sportfishing clinic applications. Entering Angler Achievement Awards entries Monitor FWFISH email box and forward emails to appropriate staff to answer. Provide phone coverage for Bureau of Fisheries as necessary. Fulfill requests for Fisheries information. Assist Fisheries Program Aid to complete routine administrative tasks as necessary.
