Estimated Length: 24 months Full-Time 8 hour days with start time at or after 8AM Mandatory Requirements Expert 84+ Months Desired Requirements 84+ Months experience as a web developer in designing, developing J2EE web based applications using fusion middle ware components ADF, SOA/BPM. and support applications ADF 10g/higher apps. 72 Months experience as lead Java web developer/architect 84+ Months demonstrated experience using Jdeveloper IDE 10g/11g in building applications and configuring BC components/ data source and ADF security for web applications. 72 Months experience with all phases of systems development life cycle for web applications based on java frameworks 60 Months experience training & mentoring programming staff 48 Months demonstrated experience in the usage/support of Oracle’s latest version of ADF 11g and integration with Oracle BPM process flow applications 36 Months demonstrated experience developing secure java applications for public sector substance abuse services / behavioral health entities 36 Months demonstrated experience in building/installing/configuring and supporting of Oracle BPM 10g applications and Weblogic Server platform. 36 Months experience writing complex SQL or PL/SQL Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Responsibilities Meet and work with end-users to assess their user needs and translate them into application requirements. Develop use application specifications to architect, develop, test, document, maintain and provide technical support for agency Oracle Java and BPM applications. Ensure appropriate application security and vulnerability testing applied to comply with secure development standards. Implement and document application business rules, implementations and dependencies. Application server configuration, preparation and maintenance/tuning of Oracle/Weblogic deployment environment, monitor application activity as needed. Write and maintain SQL and PL/SQL packages as necessary to support application function. Troubleshoot and resolve reported system issues. Provide hands-on training and mentoring of development staff.
