Estimated Length: 24 months Full-Time Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Mandatory Requirements Expert 84+ Months Desired Requirements 84 months experience planning, designing, developing and executing test strategies. 84 months experience creating test plans, test reports, and defect management using industry-standard tools to identify, document, communicate, prioritize, track and resolve problems. 84 Months experience in Functional testing using functional testing tools. 72 months experience with automated functional testing. Response must detail use of specific automation tools and any processes used to migrate test cases from manual testing to automation. 72 Months experience as a Test/QA Lead working on software development or upgrade project. Experience must detail team leadership implementing testing frameworks using Test/QA best practices. 60 Months experience working in a team environment. Response must detail working directly with business analysts, business and technical subject matter experts. 48 Months experience in creating user test scripts and managing User Acceptance Testing. 36 Months experience developing Performance and Stress testing plans. 36 months experience with manual testing. Responsibilities Work with NYS Integrated Eligibility System (IES) Program staff, including Program and Project Management, and Business and Technical teams to develop and execute test strategies, plans, and test cases for the to-be IES solutions. Develop new/update existing and maintain testing artifacts related to the NYS IES solutions. Track defects through to resolution.
