Estimated Length: 12 months Full-Time 8 am – 5pm with one hour lunch break, Preferred Mandatory Requirements Junior – 12-36 Months Desired Requirements 12 Months Experience in preparing various documents like user reference documents, business requirements documents, Test Plans. 12 Months Experience in specifying and conducting system testing (e.g. unit, integration, regression, load, performance) and user acceptance testing 12 Months Experience in communicating closely with other team members and departments both orally and in writing 12 Months Experience in developing test strategy definition, test requirements definition, test scenarios, and executing different test phases. 12 Months Experience in interacting with the business community to understand their requirements and to enhance understanding of the solutions project timelines and impact. 12 Months Experience in assisting project manager in maintaining expectations within scope, including change request analysis / impact analysis and change control documentation 12 Months Experience in gathering Business Requirements from the users through use of questionnaires, Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, one-on-one interviews/Group interviews, and surveys. 12 Months Experience in identifying and troubleshooting problems and implementing necessary solutions 12 Months Experience in identifying and troubleshooting problems and implementing necessary solutions Responsibilities Communicating with users & stakeholders. Communicate with Business Analysts to acquire requirements. Design and develop Business Requirements Documents Design and develop Reference guides for End Users Design and develop test cases and plans Organize and Execute test case scenarios for unit, integration, regression and performance testing Providing maintenance and support for live applications and services. Troubleshooting and implementing necessary solutions to issues Assess progress is meeting department standards and requirements.
