Estimated Length: 12 months Full-Time 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mandatory Requirements Senior 60 - 84 Months Desired Requirements 72 months of experience performing functional analysis on a new or existing system 72 months of experience serving in a functional lead capacity in a Project where Business Analysis methodologies were incorporated and system artifacts were produced (Business/System Use cases, Business Requirements documents, Test plans, Test cases) 72 months of experience with HP Application Lifecycle Management (Quality Center) 72 months of experience executing test plans and test cases, documenting defects and presenting testing results to customer Responsibilities Functional analysis of existing and potential new systems Business requirements elicitation, documentation and validation Evaluation of the existing Grants and Scholarship system and any existing documentation so that Business Use Cases and System Use Cases can be developed Documentation of the Business and System Use Cases, Business Requirements documents, Test Plans, Test cases Execution of Test Plans, Test cases, documenting defects, presenting testing results to agency staff and obtaining sign-off Mentoring staff on the creation of system artifacts including but not limited to; Business and System Use Cases, Business Requirements documents, Test Plans, Test Cases
