• 84+ Months of Experience with complex Microsoft Dynamic CRM Screen Design and Development
• 84+ Months of Experience with the RDBMS Concepts and Writing Complex SQL in MS SQL Server via Microsoft Dynamic CRM
• 36 Months of Experience with Scribe Soft’s Scribe ETL Design and Development
• 84+ Months Performing Complex Microsoft CRM Tasks/Work 
• 84+ Months of Experience dealing with general Microsoft Dynamic CRM Administration/Upgrades 
• 84+ Months of Experience of Full Lifecycle using Microsoft’s Dynamic CRM Programs 
• 84+ Months of Experience in Shell/Power Shell/Bash Script Program Development.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a Recognized University 

Responsibilities

• Be the lead designer/coder/person on all MS Dynamic CRM interactions.
• Work with the DIIT (Division of Information and Instructional Technology) Data teams to facilitate the implementation of and maintenance of the MS CRM Architecture
• Support the needed analysis, design, build, test and documentation of complex MS CRM solutions
• Support user acceptance test activities for the MS CRM solutions
• Design and develop MS CRM code using MS CRM Tools and the Scribe Soft Scribe ETL tools for the definition, development and testing of the processes and programs necessary to properly display data in MS CRM  
• Work with other data analysts, business users and IT professionals to ensure that data requirements are met with the highest degree of integrity and efficiency that is practical and cost effective
• Ensure that documentation is captured, maintained, understood by and available to business and/or IT partners
• Participate in, or facilitate, business process and requirement sessions to ensure that all fully understands the requirements and the data necessary to support those requirements
• Develop, test and manage MS CRM jobs to specifications and design
• Participate in focus group sessions as needed for PKA/CRM needs discovery
• Perform data mapping between data and CRM screens
• Perform overall MS CRM design and development skills and technical documentation experience
• Code in various shell scripting languages
• Develop the Scribe ETL of data into MS Dynamics CRM in the Cloud 
• Independently perform independent data research
• Independently design, code test, and promote to production MS CRM, Scribe ETL, SQL, and Scripts
• Independently design, code test, and promote to production MS CRM Jobs/Screens
• Independently interface with various internal and external clients
• Independently document the design, code, and test plans
• Independently troubleshoot CRM job, CRM Screen, and CRM data issues
