Estimated Length: 24 months 40 Hours per Week Mandatory Requirements Senior 60 - 84 Months Desired Requirements 72 Months experience integrating business rules and developing systems using Oracle Policy Automation (OPA), including deployment, testing, automation hub, modeling, and debugging 72 Months of development experience with .NET; Java and J2EE or related programming experience 72 Months of experience working with business analysts understanding requirements 72 Months of Web Development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript 36 Months of development experience in Oracle Service Cloud formally known as RightNow version 2012-current including RightNow Query Language, Custom Object Deployment, Workspace/WorkFlow Development, Agent Scripting, Custom Process Model, Business Rules, Add-ins, Widgets, and experience with developing in a Multi-Site Environment. https://cloud.oracle.com/en_US/opc/service-cloud Responsibilities Work with business analysts to understand requirements. Design, author, and develop business rules based on requirements using Oracle Policy Automation (OPA). OPA rule/data modeling including testing and debugging. Forms development based on rule creation in OPA. Modify screens in OPA including interview creation. Build and deploy using standard procedures including the Oracle Policy Automation Hub. Provide support as required. Work with a team of developers to analyze and troubleshoot issues in the environment. Work as a peer with other developers. Create documentation and share knowledge with team members.
