Estimated Length: 24 months 40 Hours per Week Mandatory Requirements Expert 84 + Months Desired Requirements 84+ Months Demonstrated work experience creating Oracle schema objects and reviewing developers’ database work, to ensure it meets industry and in-house standards for multiple applications. 84+ months Demonstrated experience with Oracle: Database design, PL SQL coding, stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, creating tables, etc., including the use of a tool to write and test SQL code and manipulate data (such as Toad). 84+ months Demonstrated experience building and maintaining Oracle tables that contain Personal Health Information (PHI). 84+ months experience programming web-based applications using ASP.NET and MVC 84+ months Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and tuning database queries and structures to increase their performance and efficiency. 84+ Months experience designing and invoking Crystal Reports 9 or higher (NOT SSRS) from web-based applications using an Oracle database. 72 months experience in coding JavaScript/jQuery/AJAX Responsibilities Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC) Use Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 or higher and write code using MVC Architecture, .Net, JavaScript, Angular, Ajax, HTML, XML and WCF Write complex queries in PL/SQL for multiple applications. Develop scripts for automating support and maintenance for multiple applications. Develop scripts to load patient and patient event information, using complex logic and database keys, into several systems that track the client's patients who have committed crimes. Interact with business users to translate requirements into technical models. Analyze databases and tune their components and queries developed against them, to maximize performance and efficiency. Design and deploy complex reports, and diagnose and troubleshoot various rules, calculations, and data issues on application reports using Crystal Reports.
