Estimated Length: 24 months 40 Hours per Week Mandatory Requirements Senior 60 - 84 Months Desired Requirements 60 Months of experience with Java (J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Spring) and/or .NET programming experience 60 Months of experience in Web Development (i.e. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, JQuery, Maven, Ant), and version control system 36 Months experience integrating business rules and developing systems using Oracle Policy Automation (OPA), including deployment, testing, automation hub, modeling, and debugging 48 Months of experience developing web services (SOAP and RESTFUL) 60 Months of Database development experience with Oracle or MS SQL 48 Months of experience working with business analysts 12 Months of development experience in Oracle Service Cloud formally known as RightNow version 2012-current including RightNow Query Language, Custom Object Deployment, Workspace/WorkFlow Development, Agent Scripting, Custom Process Model, Business Rules, Add-ins, Widgets, developing in a Multi-Site Environment. https://cloud.oracle.com/en_US/opc/service-cloud Responsibilities Develop applications and system integration through SDLC, including designing, performing proof of concept, developing and testing. Work on various components of Portal and Back Office processing programs. Develop and maintain business rules based on requirements using Oracle Policy Automation (OPA). Build and deploy using standard procedures including the Oracle Policy Automation Hub. Create accurate and timely documentation for specifications, design documents, test cases and knowledge transfer. Work closely with customers to create and support business work flow and background data processing. Work with other team members and customers on data conversion and migration. Provide production support as required. Provide analysis and solutions to feature requirements and system defects. Work as a peer with other developers.
