Estimated Length: 24 months 40 Hours per Week Mandatory Requirements Expert – (84+ months) Desired Requirements 84+ months of demonstrated experience leading ( supervising technical staff, managing resources and talents of the team and reporting out to management on status) for a cross-functional development team to develop web-based business solutions with a client-side framework/responsive design, webservices layer and MS SQL Server/Oracle back end databases. 84+ months of experience designing, diagramming, and managing the solution engineering in relation to specific business problem and setting the overall technical vision for the solution. 60+ months of experience as a senior developer, developing web-based business solutions with a client-side framework.(e,g, Angular, React, Vue) 48+ Months of experience integrating ESRI GIS components/webservices into business systems. Responsibilities The position will be a expert Technical Lead on the Water Quality project. As the technical lead, this position will direct activities of the development team, understand the technologies implemented, and interface with the project manager on status and technical issues. This position will determine the architectural components of the solution along with the client CTO Engineering Team.
