Estimated Length: 24 months 40 Hours per Week Mandatory Requirements Senior – (60-84 months) Desired Requirements 72 months of experience in requirements planning and management, elicitation, analysis, and communication. 72 months of experience assisting in the translation of business requirements into design specifications. 72 months of experience identifying and documenting existing business processes, creating various data and behavior models, process/flow models, and usage models to provide direction to application developers. 60 months experience with internal and external stakeholder communications and outreach, including the development of presentations and other materials that promote the rethinking of core business processes and envisioning of a reengineered environment. Responsiiblities Performing business process re-engineering Conducting fit/gap analyses requirements planning and management, elicitation, analysis, and communication supporting applications development Translation of business requirements into well-formed technical and system requirements Creating various data and behavior models, process/flow models, and usage models to provide direction to application developers Facilitating the development of production support plans for new applications
