Estimated Length: 3 months 7.5 Hours Daily Requirements Experience and proficiency of using an adding machine with a tape is very helpful. This person would batch and process around 300 payments daily throughout the entire project. Because of the time sensitive nature of school tax collection, this work is very fast paced and intense. All applicants will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement due to the nature of the documents being handled. Prefer applicant to have transportation since we are not on a direct bus line. Responsibilities Work may include but not limited to confirming checks are filled out correctly/completely and grouping tax bill payment stubs and payment checks. May include data lookups, data entry, processing tax payments, preparing bank deposits and printing of receipts. This may also include reconciling bank deposits to batch reports.
