  • Protect Enterprise Operations and provide client confidence by complying to HIPPA, ITIL standards and Information Security policies.
  • Contribute to the Security unit by communicating user access issues. Brainstorming. Updating documentation. User training. Participation in meetings.
  • Identifies End User problems and access requirements.
  • Provisioning/de-provisioning user access, using Identity Management and Access Management software (SMS, Aurora).
  • Resolve user access issues. Analyzing current user access by creating, running and reviewing reports and databases, Consulting with Business Owners. Determining and configuring user access to the appropriate security levels. 
  • Organize information by analyzing, interpreting data. Prepare reports by collecting and summarizing information for end user access issues and system audits.
  • Communicate with end users by establishing a personal rapport with end users, using phone conversations, e-mail and Webex.
  • Trouble shoot user access issues and provide customer service as Information Security Unit-Help Desk, for both level one and level two, End User support.
  • Process Service Center/Enterprise ITSM tickets (Incidents, RITM’s, Tasks). Open/update/escalate/resolve tickets regarding user access and token issues.
  • Administration of Enterprise RSA tokens. Distribution of tokens to end user. Token Installation, trouble shooting, running log monitors, analyzing reports and configuring tokens for end user access.
  • Create, maintain and update procedures and supporting documentation for training aids for end users and new Security Unit staff.
  • Maintain user access records. Maintain Legal agreements. Create, maintain and revise new or existing databases.
