Estimated Length: Open Ended 37.5 hours per week LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY Desired Requirements 5-8 years of designing web and product experiences, ideally for startups or agencies. Experience with visual design, especially managing a brand. Expert level proficiency in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, etc). Good understanding of usability and user-centric design. The energy and drive to deliver the best design in the industry with a passion to the craft—an advocate for design excellence. Deeply familiar with the digital design process and adaptable to a range of timeline and feasibility constraints. Responsibilities wn the look and feel for all digital touchpoints. Establish a scalable visual design system that can be used for all digital applications. Maintain, update, and adapt digital brand guidelines for Client digital products. That includes creating and keeping organized resources like logos, icons, and fonts well-organized and accessible. Evangelize your design system to other groups. Working with our product team, create mock-ups, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. Work with the Product Managers to conduct UX testing. Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs. Conduct user testing and incorporate usability feedback into design decisions.
