Mandatory Requirements

• Be required to understand and interpret instructions pertinent to insertion functions, including identifying the printed output to be inserted along with materials for the insertion hoppers.
• Retrieve supplies and envelopes from client Stockroom.
• Discard pin feeds from the continuous fan folded printed materials.
• Fill insertion hoppers with predetermined material along with envelopes in the envelope hopper.
• Label finished envelopes, place them in mail trays and stack them on postal conveyance trucks.
• Deliver the stacked postal conveyance trucks to the client Mailroom.
• Prepare and complete all required reports documenting each day's inserting jobs.
• The contractor must provide at least two (2) thoroughly trained knowledgeable individuals to serve as back up should the incumbent employee (s) be unavailable to perform the required duties outlined in this bid proposal.  Client reserves the right to reject any of the proposed workers if they feel they are not suitable replacements.
• The Client has a right to add or delete services as required.
• All employees of the contractor employed on the premises shall be trustworthy, neat, courteous and efficient.
