Estimated Length: 4 months 37.5 Hrs/week Requirements
Title: Administrative Assistant / Executive Secretary Duties: Check filings for deficiencies, email submitting attorneys regarding deficiencies, when deficiencies are cured enter data in excel spreadsheet and Oracle database, upload digital files to shared drive, print necessary paperwork, endorse checks, compile filing and distribute to attorneys for review Key Skills & Abilities: Detail-oriented, neat handwriting, organized, able to catch errors/ incomplete work, proofread work, able to manage a large volume of digital and paper files without commingling files, able to manage high volumes of work while keeping track of deadlines, must be able to work quickly and accurately, able to follow 20+ page procedure guides, double checks work, ask questions when clarification is needed, must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Adobe PDF, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook |
