Estimated Length: Open Ended LOCAL candidates only Client has a need for a Web Developer to work on Struts Upgrade project. Primary Responsibilities include activities related to technical design, coding and unit testing of enhancements and defect corrections for Large Complex HR / Time & Attendance application. Work will require strong client-side programming skills in the area of building out applications front-end UI. Required Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Javascript. Basic knowledge in using SQL in Oracle. Have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience working with UI development framework – JavaScript, Ext JS, JSON, XMLXSLXSLT, AJAX, HTML, Apache Struts, CSS, jQuery. Good knowledge of Java Skills. Basic knowledge of J2EE and EJBs. Resolve complex performance issues for AJAX Applications. 2 or more years working with at least one of the following application servers: JBoss, Tomcat, preferred IBM WebSphere. 3+ years of experience with Junit, Jsunit or Selenium testing framework. Education: Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Science or in a Technical/Business Discipline is required.
