Estimated Length: 6 months 08:30AM-5:00PM 37.5 hours per week with a mandatory 1 hour unpaid lunch. PREFERRED EDUCATION: Technical Degree and/or Bachelors Degree DUTIES: The ideal candidate should have litigation skills such as document review and organization, preparation for depositions, familiarity with investigatory procedures, competency in excel, research on the Internet, experience with e-discovery and compiling motion papers. We also expect the candidate to be organized and have very good interpersonal skills. An ideal candidate would have a technical degree/certificate, a Bachelors Degree or extensive experience as a legal assistant.
