Requirements

  • Client processes/procedures for application migrations/ code changes
  • IBM Initiate 9.7.0 as a developer and as an administrator
  • .Net and C# and Microsoft WinForms
  • Windows Communication Foundation
  • Microsoft MVC
  • Angular JS, Bootstrap
  • Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and database design
  • Data warehouse schemas
  • Probabilistic matching algorithms
  • Crystal Reports
  • 10+ years’ experience working with HP/UX and Linux
  • 10+ years’ experience working with SSH/SCP, Korn Shell, and GPG
  • Moodle Cloud administration, OpenLMS courseware administration, SQL queries of Moodle back end schema
  • Genius SIS authentication integration to OpenLMS
  • Google Cloud Platform administration and LAMP (Linux Apache MySQL PHP)
  • Experience maintaining domain registration in Google Domain Services
  • Integration of RSA Cleartrust, URL endpoints, and encrypted cookie logic
  • NICS protocols and DOH PERDS submission formats
  • Geolocation address mapping
  • Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) (with respect to web site analysis and
  • mapping of Shortage areas like Medically Underserved Areas and Populations)
  • client schema to perform catchment area queries based upon medical primary resident
  • Novell Directory Services

For NICS, the technical solutions expert will:

  • provide project management
  • function as a liaison between 
  • clientand ITS on NICS issues
  • assist with composing and submitting NARIP grant applications
  • attend and present at NICS Interagency Taskforce meetings
  • provide technical oversight
  • diagnose and solve technical problems
  • respond to NICS-related calls/queries from state police and local law enforcement
  • help coordinate NICS efforts with client advise ITS on solutions to current application problems/deficiencies
  • transfer knowledge of the system to designated client staff

For MHBC (including MHBC Missing Persons), the technical solutions expert will:

  • monitor and resolve incidents reported via phone calls, emails, and ITSM
  • help coordinate activities with client, DCJS, and ITS
  • oversee application enhancements
  • advise and help with web site and application design
  • provide direction to ITS technical staff supporting MHBC
  • if needed, participate with client program staff on the multi-state gun consortium
  • transfer knowledge of the system to designated client staff

For NY SAFE Act, the technical solutions expert
will:

  • assist with business owner functions for this application
  • monitor and resolve incidents reported via phone calls, emails, and ITSM
  • help coordinate activities with DCJS and ITS
  • work with client Counsel and Public Information Office to respond to FOIL requests
  • oversee application enhancements
  • advise and help with web site and application design
  • provide direction to ITS technical staff
  • support the Web API for automatic submissions by hospitals
  • transfer knowledge of the system to designated client staff

For the following systems,the technical solutions expert will provide support (including problem diagnosis, bug fixes, testing, application changes/enhancements), technical advisement, and knowledge transfer:

  • Initiate
  • VERO (Medication Compliance Report, PRN Medication Report)
  • client Patient Merge
  • client Clinical Discussion Tool
  • GetConn
  • client file transfer processes (used by NY SAFE Act and MHARS)
  • Academy of Peer Services
  • J-1 Waiver Data Analysis
  • OCA Sharepoint Administration
  • Apelon DTS
  • UID to PAYSERV client
