Estimated Length: 24 months 9am - 5pm (tuesday and thurday) - Part-time Requirements Duties include, but are not limited to, working cooperatively with others on projects that will often also require independent performance of clerical duties; preparing routine correspondence; preparing special reports, including summarizing and gathering information as appropriate; answering office phones in a respectful and professional manner; greeting and directing visitors courteously and professionally; ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment and inventory; handling of confidential material and information and exercising discretion in doing so; assisting staff in coordinating travel arrangements and expense reports; scheduling meetings; maintaining office records, data entry, document management, photocopying, scanning and shipment; and performing other duties as assigned.
