Scope of Work

• Client is in the final stages of three technology projects defined above and requires entry-level assistance with program management and logistics related to the completion of those function areas. Client desires entry-level personnel. Candidates must be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and self-starting. Client is seeking an agency or agencies that can offer temporary personnel who will provide professional support services on a short term and/or long-term assignment basis. Respondents must have competitive pricing, and must have replacement personnel available in the event that a particular professional does not meet the County's needs. ProfeSSional services from more than one agency will ensure a sufficient number of staff is available.

The following services will be provided within this contract period:

Information Technology Services: Respondents must be able to provide (2) Computer Operators for services including, but not limited to:

• computer oriented software installation, device configuration (instructions provided), with a knowledge of current Windows based platforms and a basic knowledge of Cisco centric network and firewall. 
• All professionals must possess valid driver's licenses and adhere to Client contracts as they relate to standard terms and must be available for temporary placement in the Client area.

The selected Respondent(s) will present qualified personnel, as needed, upon execution of the Agreement. The County plans to transport personnel as needed. The selected Respondent(s) will retain all necessary professional licenses or registrations for its employees, as required, during the term of the resulting Agreement. Upon request, the selected Respondent(s) will provide Client with copies of these documents.

The Contractor is expected to:

• Conduct the pre-requisite background checks on all personnel, to the extent now or hereafter permitted by law, including fingerprinting and/or drug testing.
• Submit invoices on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to the designated Client location/representative for hours worked (and any approved vacation or holiday time) for the previous week, together with a copy of the timecard(s) signed by the Respondent's employee and Client's authorized representative. Client shall promptly notify the selected Respondent(s) of any disputed or questioned item on an invoice, and the parties shall work together in good faith to resolve the issue. In the event it is determined that Client is entitled to a credit, the selected Respondent shall credit Client in the next invoice for the appropriate amount.
• Client shall supervise the performance of services, to include ensuring the provision of professional services is consistent with the standards of employment relating to Client policies and regulations. Assessment of the performance of selected Respondent(s) shall be conducted by the assigned Client Information Systems Manager, or his/her designee.
