Estimated Length: 24 months M-F 8AM-4PM The hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, 7.5 hours per day. Requirments Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited; Opening mail (envelopes) Date stamping the contents of the mail Placing clients document separator pages in between documents to show clients scanning vendor where they should begin a new scan (as necessary) Categorizing the document(s) with the proper category as well as writing the proper form code if needed Verifying the policy # listed on the document is accurate by pulling it up and/or searching it in clients system Circling the policy number (proof to the direct supervisor that it has been verified within our system) Adding the proper alpha code to designate the clients District Office to return said document after scanning Verifies the quality of the scanned documents to ensure readability. Clients is seeking candidates with the ability to work independently and be highly-motivated. Candidates are expected to stay focused and carry out their tasks in a timely and accurate manner, be detail-oriented, dependable and trustworthy since they come in contact with complex and sensitive documents. General requirements also include the ability to prioritize, manage time well, multitask, troubleshoot, strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
