Estimated Length: 12 Months Work hours:40.00 Requirements The individual will be responsible for maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform and the ideal candidate will have sound knowledge in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, tenant management, integration & migrations, reporting, dashboards, web resources and backups. The CRM consultant is responsible for developing and delivering high-quality CRM technical solutions to our diverse client base according to their unique needs. Perform tasks such as troubleshooting and resolving issues and supporting the current team in design and best practices when migrating from an on-Prem application to a SaaS based application. Understanding the security and audit required behind this process. The individual should also possess the following skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Azure including Dynamics 365 administration and PowerBI skills Knowledge of Azure platforms and services on-Prem and how it integrates with SaaS service Basic knowledge of Linux or network administrator skills Customer Engagement for Dynamics 365 Subject Matter Expertise: Possess and share extensive project delivery experience with Customer Engagement. Design/Solution Review: Optimize and re-utilize solution approaches across multiple projects in areas across the Power Platform and Azure, including integrations, migrations, reports, portals, custom development, customization, etc. Identify potential design risks in system design, data integrations, migrations, reporting, and infrastructure. Collaborate with other solution architects and enterprise architects across different platforms. Exhibit Power Objects Guiding Principles
