Estimated Length: 12 months M-F 9AM-5PM Requirements Processing Security ID Card Access Control Applications, including reviewing applications and making appropriate determinations within defined systems. Perform functions in Microsoft Office Suite to track and maintain data for the Security ID unit. Answer calls and emails from tenant agency designated representatives, and individual employees with Security ID issues, while providing excellent customer service. Responding to questions concerning the operation of the Security ID unit. Organizing and maintaining office files and records. Performing tasks in an efficient and timely manner. Best value will be based on the candidates experience and knowledge. This will be determined by a review of their resume and subsequent interview.
