Estimated Length: 6 months- M-F 9am-5pm Requirements Experience Prior document review, preferably on a large complex matter and preferably on Relativity 2 years of general paralegal experience Duties Understand and engage with substance of case, as conveyed by attorney team Identify documents that support our case, as well as those that may pose challenges to our case Describe content of these documents to attorney team (in writing and verbally) and organize the documents into logical groupings (including, as directed, chronologically) Draft summary chronologies conveying events that transpire in the relevant underlying documents Special skills Ability to engage in substantive analysis of the content of documents, including within the context of the family of those documents and within the context of the case Ability to use the document review platform Relativity, including: Ability to perform Boolean searches Ability to create and organize saved searches Ability to navigate the tools on Relativity that allow for an examination of related documents (e.g., family view, near duplicates analysis) Ability to code documents using Relativity's coding tools
