Estimated Length: 24 months M-F 9AM-5PM Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access • Experience answering Phones PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Strong verbal communication skills • Strong organization skills and attention to detail • Ability to work on multiple tasks within a given day • Ability to work independently • Experience with the professional medical conduct contracts JOBS DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Review vouchers for payment, process and submit electronically • Maintain voucher and contract files both electronically and paper format • Check calculations for accuracy and report spending • Monitor transactions related to miscellaneous contracts • Provide customer service to contractors seeking information regarding contracts or vouchers • Answer telephones • Other duties as required.
