Estimated Length: 6 months Requirements Candidate will install, update, and maintain mobile phone and tablet equipment supported by the client. The position will provide Apple iOS and Android support for the unit. The position will provide mobile computer-related services and support to client users, perform system administration tasks, perform hardware and software technical reviews and evaluations, coordinate project requirements with departments, perform analysis of the client Information Technology mobile asset management database and perform other duties as required. Candidate may be expected to work / report to any of clients's facilities depending on work assignments. Moving and lifting equipment will be required. Preferred specialized knowledge includes: Proficient with Apple Operating Systems Proficient with Android Operating Systems Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Suite, Exchange/Outlook Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management System Experience working with wireless carriers: AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon
