Estimated Length: 24 months- M-F 8-4 Requirements Provide IT trouble-shooting support under the direction of the agency IT liaison Develop user guides and job aids on agency-specific systems and associated business processes; Be comfortable/proficient working in/with O365 including Outlook, Sharepoint, Word, Excel, OneDrive, and Skype Knowledge of video and webconferencing using Cisco Webex and Skype Knowledge of Xerox and HP Printer troubleshooting, support and consumables Knowledge of Apple mobile products including iphone, ipad and AirPrint.
