Estimated Length: 36 months 40 hrs LOCAL ONLY Requirements This position will manage and execute all aspects of technology projects in any one of the following specialties: systems/business analysis, development and implementation of applications in a networked PC environment, PC/LAN support or technical writing. Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline, eight years' experience in the appropriate specialties and a minimum of two years' experience as a project manager (PMP is desirable). Experience should include a sound understanding of technical issues and outstanding planning (experience in preparation of project plans a must), scheduling, implementation, and evaluation skills. Excellent ability to communicate verbally and in writing with the user community and the technical staff is essential. Senior Project and Program Management skills (PMP Certified preferred) Experience with Stakeholder Management (varying levels) Experience working with Sr. Leadership Strong written communication skills such as business requirements docs, process flows, powerpoint presentations and other project related artifacts Ability to effectively prioritize and execute in a high-pressure environment Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment High degree of communication skills to varying levels of audiences (listening/ verbal/non-verbal) Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; a self-starter Knowledge of Network & Security Infrastructure (Switches, Routers, Firewalls, etc.) design and implementation a plus
