Estimated Length: 3 Months Work hours:37.50 Mandatory Requirements • Proficient with computer hardware, Symbol handheld devices, printers, digital senders and peripherals. • Proficient with Microsoft Windows XP/7/8/Mobile 5desktop operating systems, Microsoft Office 2003/2007/2010, Microsoft Suite, Exchange/Outlook 2010/2013email, and HP Jet Admin. • Proficient with Apple Operating Systems. • Experience with Oracle client based applications. • Experience with Microsoft Windows Active Directory. • Experience with Cisco networking devices. • Experience with Ethernet cabling. • Familiar with networking protocols like TCP/IP and networking concepts. • Experience with CAD and technical drawing is desired. Additional Skills and Information • The technician’s responsibility includes building or configuring new hardware, installing and updating software. Knowledge and expertise in the following: Microsoft Windows 10 Microsoft Office 2016 Basic Active Directory Basic Networking PC/ Laptop/ Thin Client Support Printing Support Deploying images on a large scale deployment. Basic Citrix Support Hands on installations and troubleshooting, upgrade, and support client authorized desktop applications and provide post deployment support for Desktop / Laptop and Thin Client devices in the client environment. Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to end-users who need assistance with their computer hardware or software.
