Estimated Length: 24 months M-F 8 hr/day Mandatory Requirements Assigning cases from electronic queues Organizing case file information on the system to facilitate accurate and timely medical evidence requests and claimant contact letters. Review of incoming electronic and paper folders for appropriate actions Sorting and delivering paper mail/folders Identifying medical evidence and forms for scanning and indexing to electronic folders Scanning and indexing items to electronic folders Performing electronic case queries Photocopying, faxing and scanning, Maintaining printer supplies/paper, etc. Other clerical tasks as needed, including providing phone coverage Flexibility in providing coverage as needed among the various clerical functions Facility with the computer and nimbleness in working between different programs is critical Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proper handling and protection of confidential materials
