Estimated Length: 6.5 months Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for a total of 40 hours   

Requirements

This position will be assigned to the Quality and Risk Management programs and Medical Staff.  His/her duties include the following: preparing clinical materials for the clinical and medical staff, preparing materials as required by the Joint Commission and the client regulations and certification process including organization of critical risk management,  backing up for scheduling appointments with patients' families regarding medication management and treatment planning; providing coverage at the reception desk which includes greeting visitors, accepting mail and managing other deliveries and directing phone calls. The staff will also provide back-up assistance for getting IT requests covered by other FICCs. The staff will compile data and maintains staff development curriculum.  In addition, this person will be a back up to the switchboard as needed.
