Estimated Length: 24 months 8:45am - 5pm Requirements Answering phones from the general public Answer phones from Lottery retailers Process Claims in the Customer Service Center. Greet the Lottery player and ask them to fill out the winner information on the back of the Lottery ticket Obtain acceptable identification in order to process the claim Ensure that all information on the claim form is accurate Ensure that the customer signs the claim form Present check to winner and maintain claim for our records Handle customers with Child Support, Public Assistance and Tax offset issues Run the claims batch reports and prizes paid transmittal reports Obtain drawing results for Lottery players at their request Handle variations of the claims types; group, multiple, mail-in, no social security number, online with remaining days Fulfill requests for duplicate W2 forms from customer Properly deal with the various types of prizes; Jackpot winners, Unpaid Prizes, Retailer Holds, etc. Process Vouchers from Casinos Maintain daily envelopes of processed claims Assist with general office duties, i.e. as making copies, sending out mail, printing winner posters, scanning documents, fax/email documents, and any other clerical function as needed.
