Estimated Length: 10 months 35 hours per week based on SME availability for meetings and other requirements

NYC area LOCAL candidates preferred - CLIENT will do a video interview

Candidate can be out of state - but will be expected to relocate after NYC opens up

Position will initially start REMOTE - while NYC closed during Covid-19

Mandatory Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

a. Perform Data uploading into Infor EAM, after a wall to wall physical count of all parts on hand. This is the implantation to track our inventory going forward.
b. Develop business process models with Parts request for Auto generated work orders. Infor EAM reserve / issue out the required parts for preventive maintenance work.
c. Create and produce Parts control plan. Being able to purge out all parts that are not needed to support our fleet of vehicles.
d. Create and Produce Standard Operational Procedures
e. Create and Produce system flow documentation
f. Perform detailed review of process models and organizational charts prior to review in alignment with project requirements.

DELIVERABLES & DUE DATES
Documents detailing:
1. Physical count of parts and supplies, accountability of purchase parts and supplies
2. Business Process Flows: Using Infor EAM: Required
3. Standard Operating procedures
4. Improved accuracy of data, System Flow documentation
5. Organizational Charts.

QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
• Preferred minimum of 4 years’ experience in Materials / Inventory Optimization (& management) with Infor EAM is required.
• Preferred minimum 4 years’ experience and knowledge of Infor EAM (& management) is required.
• Preferred minimum 4 years’ experience and knowledge of Material Management is preferred.
• Excellent oral, written, presentation, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage a workforce in a manner that is consistent with the Authority’s rules and regulations and employ efficient and effective maintenance procedures.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; a self-starter
