Estimated Length: 12 Months Work hours:37.50 Est. OT Hrs/Wk Responsibilities Working with our agency partners, own the look and feel for all parts of the Live Media Manager. Contribute to our scalable visual design system, primarily around digital screens. Working with our product team, create mock-ups, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. Work with the Product Managers to conduct UX testing. Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs. Qualifications 5-8 years of designing web and product experiences, ideally for startups or agencies. This is a fast-paced environment. Experience with visual design, especially managing a brand and creating designs systems. Has built products from start to finish before. Expert level proficiency in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma etc). Good understanding of usability and user-centric design. The energy and drive to deliver the best design in the industry with a passion to the craft—an advocate for design excellence. Deeply familiar with the digital design process and adaptable to a range of timeline and feasibility constraints. Experience designing for larger digital displays like televisions or billboards preferred. Ability to rapidly prototype and experience with prototyping tools such as Framer, After Effects, or Principle is a plus.
