Estimated Length: 24 months 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with a half-hour lunch break. Requirements Operate telephone business systems equipment or switchboards to relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls. May supply information to callers and record messages. Telephone operations which include retrieving messages from voice mail system and either returning the call or transferring call to appropriate staff; Perform tasks as assigned to support the operations of the Division, which may include performing data entry; math or calculations; mail, supply, and inventory functions; keyboarding and other document preparation tasks; answering telephones; completing forms; creating or assisting in the preparation of reports, charts, graphs, and tables; and performing other related activities; maintain internal databases as necessary and generate reports as requested; other duties as assigned.
