RESPONSIBILITIES
a. Perform analysis and design appropriate methods, policies and procedure for establishing a single model repository for developing, storing and administering models related to business processes, business requirements, business architecture, enterprise architecture, process architecture and other details
b. Discover and develop models with Client specific division SMEs to document (as-is) and/or Future State models related to enterprise architecture, business architecture, process architecture, business process using BPMN modelling notation, Archimate modeling language & Unified Modeling Language (UML).
c. Develop Standard Operational Procedures for various division specific processes
d. Provide expert advice and oversight for various deliverables related to application rationalization and business transformation initiatives
e. Perform detailed review of all models related to business processes, business architecture & enterprise architecture to ensure integrity of the model repository and alignment with the Client Business Capability Model (BCM), Enterprise Process Model (EPM) and Enterprise Organization Model (EOM)
f. Facilitate remediation of modeling issues/procedure documentation with SMEs.
g. Participate in Quality Assurance sessions to ensure models and deliverables meet established standards

11. Case Studies and Presentation related to area of work
QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
• Preferred minimum 20+ years of overall experience in Enterprise Architecture, Business Architecture, Process Architecture, Business Process Management (BPM), Business Analysis, SDLC
• Preferred minimum of 10+ years experience in developing all architectural Models in the above areas (including administration) with ARIS using ARIS Designer/Architect is preferred.
• Preferred minimum 10+ years experience in Business Process Modelling (& management) with MS Visio is required
• Experience participating in Governance boards for Architecture by defining and establishing principles, standards and processes
• Experience in defining Key Performance Indicators and Metrics for Architecture related deliverables
• Ability to understand RFPs, Statement of Work (SOW), Proposals and related documents and provide expert Architecture related advice to senior management and stakeholders
• Excellent oral, written, presentation, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint version 2010 or higher
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project version 2010 or higher
• Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization (business stakeholder and IT)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; a self-starter
• Familiarity with creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and documenting key process requirements and can produce sample work upon request to the Client
