Estimated Length: 1-2 months working day and night, and then support the application thereafter 100% Remote - 1-2 daily video calls Mandatory Requirements Able to work extended hours - like 16 hours a day 6-7 days/week for next 1-2 months 7+ years of web application development experience Strong foundation in databases Startup experience - no non sense, get code out attitude Desired Requirements Strong skills in one of the leading web development platforms - that is low code - allowing build/deploy of secure workflow applications quickly Experience deploying highly available and high transaction volume apps on the Cloud (AWS / Azure / Google etc) Examples of tools: PHP / MySQL using some advanced frameworks .NET or JEE with some fast develop/fast deploy frameworks BPM tools Knowledge of REST api's COMPENSATION: $10K/month + stock option bonus based on time to delivery (negotiable) PROJECT DETAILS: A startup has a need to go live with core web responsive applications, in multiple phases/weekly sprints. Phase 1 should be done in 2-3 weeks, followed by 4-5 weekly sprints/updates to rollout additional features Application will have - 5 user stories, 1 large data capture form (with 10-15 sub-forms), 10-15 smaller forms, workflow components, a few dashboards (1 per user story), a few background services processing real time events, and other scheduled events APIs include: SMS / TXT for TFA, PDF Read/Write, OCR, RESTful Application will be scalable and secure: hosted on AWS / Azure and able to handle 500K visitors/month and upto 200K transactional database rows/month Application will be multi browser compatible, and mobile friendly..
