Estimated Length: 24 months 8:30A-3:15P Requirements Good Communication skills and organizational skills. Neat appearance - dress code business casual Scope of Work: Shift is 8:30AM - 3:15PM Mondays through Thursdays. The Duties include receiving and opening all mail related to the Junk and Salvage Program. Successful candidates will be responsible for opening, sorting, and counting for distribution, routing mail to proper location, and similar duties as assigned. Preference will be given to candidates with experience. Due to COVID-19 please note the following items: • Any person entering a New York State office building is required to wear a mask in common areas, i.e. hallways, bathrooms, break rooms, etc. • Employee will be screened daily, including a temperature check and general health questions. • When unable to social distance within an office, employee is requires to wear a mask. If needed, disposable masks can be provided. • Whenever possible, meetings will be held virtually rather than in-person.
