Estimated Length: 18 months Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for a total of 40 hours Requirements This temp employee will be assigned to the the Clinical Director as a full time secretary to assist with daily clinical & administrative duties: Recruit psychiatrists & coordinate interviews/schedule orientation for new hires; prepare schedules for the Extra Service Program; take minutes for various committees; monitor the performance evaluations for physicians/pharmacists/ fellows/residents; monitor expiration of physicians' documents; schedule Grand Rounds/case reviews for patients and follow-up on emails and correspondence. Proof of immunizations including PPD/Tuberculosis testing as well as flu vaccine during flu season or wear a protective mask during flu season. Hired temporary staff will be required to leave a deposit for the State-issued keys and ID within two weeks of starting.
