Estimated Length: 24 months 7.5 hours a day Requirements 1. Include maintaining the discipline database for the Employee Relations Office. 2. Entering employees into the system, creating or updating a request for discipline, creating the discipline case itself and updating it through all steps in the discipline process, including the appeal process, through resolution of the case. 3. Creating and maintaining the paper file for every case that requires action in ERO. 4. Monitoring timeliness of appeals, requesting penalty implements if not appealed timely. 5. Scheduling of meetings. 6. Processing and distributing incoming mail. 7. Providing phone coverage for the office.
