Estimated Length: 12 months Monday - Friday: 9 - 5 Requirements Duties: • Review existing data and reports • Retrieve and analyze data • Compile data, charts, and graphs • Compute percentages and/or rates • Assist in development and review of reports for internal and external staff • Assist in the development of new data systems • Assist and monitor the input of data once the system is active and log feedback, enhancements or system errors from end users • Assist in development of training programs and materials Skills required: • Experience with statistical methods and software (e.g., SAS), databases (e.g., Microsoft Access), spreadsheets (e.g., Excel), and online data entry and reporting systems • Excellent organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work well both independently and with others in a team environment Additional skill preferred: • Knowledge of public health programs • Experience in an executive and/or state government office
