Requirements

• Knowledge of the Functional and technical aspects of account provisioning (i.e. Microsoft Active Directory, multiple clinical/financial/business applications) and access request operations tasks experience.
• Help desk, IT support, technology-centric customer service.
• Security account administration, access control design and/or build experience
• Excellent oral, written, presentation, and communication skills
• Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment; a self-starter

Desired

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2013 or higher (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint version 2010 or higher
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project version 2010 or higher

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the automation and timely completion of user provisioning processes and procedures, both from a technical and non-technical perspective.
• This role is responsible for; the creation, modification and deletion of user accounts across multiple technology platforms, ensuring compliance with agreed upon SLAs (Service Level Agreements) with clients and customers, working within a team environment to achieve group goals, and process and improve existing services and outcomes.
• The Identity Management Analyst I must review and analyze each service request to ensure appropriate access for the job role is requested prior to granting access.  Additionally, the role is responsible for investigating access-related issues and working to resolve them.
• An Identity Analyst should be able to work independently and within a team setting.  They should also possess the knowledge and skillset to produce, test and validate automation techniques and specialties to consistently improve technology and business processes to ensure the identity management team is functioning at expected capacity.

Summary

• Work Directly with IT Security staff to create and manage user roles, permission lists, and user profile management. 
• Provide addition resource to perform software installations, deployments, security configuration, troubleshooting and problems solving needs.
