Estimated Length: 12 months. The agency employee will work Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Requirements The purpose of this RFQ is for the provision of a parking attendant at the client campus. This position is needed to work as the parking garage attendant in the client parking garage booth. The incumbent will be responsible for selling parking passes to authorized visitors, checking incoming vehicles for current parking permits, and denying entrance to vehicles not authorized to use the parking garage. The work hours are subject to change. The parking attendant will also be able to trouble shoot traffic problems and will be able to notify the Safety department of any urgent needs/concerns. This position is critically needed to ensure the health and safety of clients and their families, employees, and visitors who use the parking garage daily. Client is also a COVID vaccine site for other facility staff who travel long distance to receive the vaccine. As a result, the facility is experiencing an increased volume of traffic including busses to accommodate large groups of people that come to client to be vaccinated. Without a parking attendant to manage the increased level of traffic, the facility will have a difficult time ensuring the health and safety of clients who must use the garage and surrounding driveways for outside doctor appointments and emergency transports.
