Estimated Length: 2.5 months M-F/8-5 Requirements The below Psychiatric Center needs an individual with clerical/data entry skills to support the entry of information into various databases for pre- and post-individual vaccine administrations. This information will include, but is not limited to, names and dates associated with individual administrations. Once this project is fully functioning, the site will be entering information for up to 2,000 individuals per week. In addition to the post vaccination entry needs, the Data Entry Clerk will be asked to assist with the coordination of scheduling activities and completion of pre-vaccination clerical needs (confirming completion of consents, vaccine eligibility forms, etc.). Training in all data entry requirements and systems will be provided by staff at the Psychiatric Center.
