Estimated Length: 12 months Part time; 20 -25 hours per week Requirements Reporting to the IES Resource Manager, the personnel recruiter will be required to review, analyze and score technical evaluations for the IES Program executive staff. The personnel recruiter will review, score and participate in interviews for IT consulting resources on the program. Qualification requirements: 5 or more years of experience as a successful IT recruiter for government agencies 100 or more IT positions filled inclusive of at least 10 senior architects, 10 functional leads, 10 development leads and 10 senior project managers
