Estimated Length: 24 months Requirements EISP is requesting 20 Administrative Assistants to work in the Temporary Assistance (TA) Bureau, within the Division of Employment and Income Support Programs (EISP) and are critical to achieving the agency's goal of implementing the Emergency Rental Assistance Program. Below is a list of potential duties for these 20 Temp Agency Personnel: Provide second level reviews on applications that appear to be anomalies such as: Conduct reviews and assist with decisions on appeals of denied applications. Assist in getting the program up and running sooner, or to lend a hand if applications can't be processed quickly, should a great influx occur. Utilize various information systems to assist in the determination of eligibility for rental arrears assistance. ** Microsoft Office Suite knowledge, ability to prepare reports and documents, work with spreadsheets, good written and verbal communication skills required. FULL TIME MORNING/DAY SHIFT
