REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 4+ years of experience in Organizational Training/Teaching and/or related field

• 2+ years of experience building/developing content with audio/video editing software/tools (e.g. Camtasia, Audacity, Visme, Adobe Suite, Notepad++) (added this line)

• 1+ years of experience building/developing Information Security material (This should be a “must-have”)
• Experience presenting to and interacting with adult learners in a professional training environment
• Experience with executing mixed-method trainings, course design documents, implementation strategies, and program evaluations
• Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds
• A high degree of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and the ability to translate complex concepts/data into graphically appealing and easy to understand presentations
• Ability to travel to MTA training locations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (Adobe Captivate Prime)
• Experience building and implementing training programs from ground up

BACKGROUND
The OT (Operational Technologies) Security Group is seeking a consultant to support multiple projects focused on OT Cybersecurity Awareness and Training. We want to ensure that the Client’s OT workforce has the necessary training to make the right cyber conscious decisions. The ideal candidate would work closely with the training departments across all Client agencies to assist in developing and managing a comprehensive cyber training program.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prioritize multiple requests and projects, with quick response times and accuracy
• Administer classroom training, electronic learning, multimedia programs, and other computer-aided instructional technologies, simulators, conferences and workshops
• Observe and evaluate the results of courses to improve the effectiveness of the programs
• Develop and design SCORM compliant training modules for a technical workforce
