Estimated Length: 24 months Monday - Friday / 8am - 4pm Requirements - Assist with the State Surplus Property Vehicle Auction Program and State Surplus Property eBay Program - Compile, record, update, and maintain surplus data records and files - Track requests and disposition status - Process transfers - Create auction catalogs - Label keys and assist with the set-up of vehicle auctions - Draft and submit weekly program reports - Must communicate with government agencies and the public - Utilize State Surplus Property (SSP) Database, Microsoft Office Suite, and other web-based applications - Work professionally and effectively with various state agencies, municipalities, and the general public - Perform tasks in an efficient, timely, and safe manner - Perform other administrative duties as needed
